River Red Gum (Eucalyptus camaldulensis) is one of Australia's most iconic trees, both in its majestic appearance and its wide distribution. It is commonly found along the water courses of inland Australia.
Our hives producing this lovely honey are situated on the banks of the beautiful Condamine/Balonne River in South West Queensland.
River Red Gum honey has a rich golden colour, is smooth with good density, has a medium sweetness, and a rich, full flavour with a hint of toffee.
