If your order is damaged or not what you ordered, our mistake, we will refund or replace your order including the shipping. Unfortunately, we can't refund a change of mind or if you make an error with your order.
Please send your email to: nathan@stgeorgehoney.com detailing the problem and include your invoice number and photos of the damage or error as proof.
Please notify us within 7 days of your order being delivered if it is damaged or not what you ordered to be eligible for a refund or replacement.
