Creamed Honey - Raw Australian Honey

Made from our very popular Yapunyah honey, our creamed honey is still 100% pure, raw honey. The creaming process amplifies the flavour of the Yapunyah and is quite the treat!

It is produced through a process of controlled crystallisation which involves stirring and storing at cool temperatures over a long period, usually two weeks. 

This produces a silky smooth, melt in your mouth, soft, buttery consistency that is delicious and easy to spread with no drips and no fuss. 

Spreadability may vary. It is best stored in the fridge in warm weather. If too hard, store in a warmer location or if too soft, store in the fridge to achieve your desired consistency.
