The Coolibah (Eucalyptus coolabah) is iconic in Australian folklore and widely distributed along rivers and floodplains of inland Queensland.
Our hives producing this delicious honey are situated on the floodplains of the upper Murray Darling basin, along the Condamine/Balonne river system.
Coolibah honey is light amber in colour, smooth with excellent density, has a medium sweetness, and a great flavour with a hint of caramel.
