Our Bush Blend is a naturally bee blended, multifloral honey that changes in colour and flavour through the season, and from season to season.
This lovely blend is made up from the following major eucalypts within our region of South West Queensland: Poplar Box, Black Box, Ironbark, River Red Gum, Coolibah and Bloodwood.
A darker honey, typically amber in colour, smooth with good density, medium sweetness, and a beautiful, strong bush floral flavour.

Raw honey will crystallise, particularly during cooler weather, with rare exceptions like Yellow Box. Simply stand the honey in warm water to re-liquify.
